Processing Time: All of our wooden boxes are handcrafted with care. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and creating your order. Each box is made to order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

Shipping Time: Once your order is processed and ready to ship, delivery times will depend on your location. Domestic orders typically take 2 to 3 business days to reach you. For international orders, please expect longer delivery times depending on your location and customs processing.( around 7 days)

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs aron smallwoodenboxes so don’t worry about the fees! 

Order Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with your delivery or if your box arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@smallwoodenboxes.online within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Exchanges: As each wooden box is handmade and customized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

NB: if the handmade box doesn’t reach the product’s description on our website, we are willing to make exchanges and returns
